Age: Candidates must not be under 18 years old and not over 44 years old as on 01.01.2020. The upper age limit is relaxable for the held classifications.

Instructive capability: 

a. The base instructive capability of the applicants will be a Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce from a perceived State/Central University or a Degree equal thereto and perceived by the State/Central Government.

b. Applicants must have capability in essential Computer applications like MS Window, Linux, MAC, EXCEL, PowerPoint, DTP (English/Assamese) and Internet preparing and so on.

c. Up-and-comers more likely than not acquired a base 6 (six) months Diploma in Computer Application from an Institute perceived by State/Central Government.
